Jushi Holdings Inc. is hiring a Dispensary Co-Manager to support daily retail store operations, supervise staff, guide patients on cannabis products, and ensure adherence to company policies. You will train teams, manage scheduling, and contribute to revenue growth within a dynamic, compliant environment.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and POS experience, with a focus on professionalism and operational excellence in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience or study in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality is advantageous.
• Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Excellent computer and technical skills, including POS systems and card processing.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team passionate about medical cannabis and service.
• Lead by example with service, pace, positivity, and energy.
• Mentor and train staff; conduct reviews to meet company culture and standards.
• Guide patients and employees on cannabis products, dosing, and methods.
• Handle concerns and complaints diplomatically.
• Coordinate with Training Manager to update training materials and sessions.
• Manage store scheduling to optimize revenue and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of cannabis forms, dosing, effects, and quality metrics.
• Present a professional image in appearance and communication.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and assist with business analyses.
• Monitor competition and support regional management.
• Oversee performance of Customer Consultants and staff development.
• Enforce retail policies, brand standards, and security protocols.
• Oversee inventory management across the retail location.
