Job summary

The Cannabist Company (DBA The Green Solution) in Denver, CO seeks a Full Time Retail Associate to guide patients, provide education, and ensure customers receive appropriate medicinal products. You will work with store leadership and report to the Store Manager and Lead Associates.

Responsibilities include processing paperwork, maintaining records, upselling products, and delivering excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism. MED badge is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, POS systems and MS Office programs.
• Passionate about retail operations, compliance and inventory control.
• Excellent and effective consulting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to detail and follow instructions; organized and able to prioritize.
• MED badge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure intake forms and paperwork are completed and filed; enter information in databases.
• Confirm patient purchase limits before admission to consultation area and dispensary.
• Provide excellent customer care and maintain positive relations.
• Respond to calls or emails requesting product, training, and information.
• Manage patient records using state and company databases.
• Update and maintain databases as needed.
• Fulfill customer orders and promote all products.
• Build and maintain integrity and trust for specific products.
