The Cannabist Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Full Time Retail Associate to guide patients, educate on cannabis products, and deliver compassionate customer care. This role reports to the Store Manager and works with the dispensing team at 1995 Wewatta St.

Pay is $19.29/hr plus tips and benefits; MED badge is required. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years retail experience, strong English communication, and strong organizational skills for inventory and records management.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation, POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Passionate about retail operations, compliance and inventory control.
• Excellent and effective consulting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• MED badge required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure intake forms and paperwork are completed and filed; input data into company databases.
• Confirm patient purchase limits before admission to consultation area and dispensary.
• Provide exceptional customer care and promote positive relations.
• Respond to calls or emails requesting product, training, and information.
• Manage patient records using state and company databases.
• Maintain and update databases as needed.
• Fulfillment of customer orders.
• Responsible for sales and promotion of all products.
• Build and maintain integrity and trust for specific products.
