The Cannabist Company is hiring a part-time Retail Associate to guide patients and handle transactions with care and professionalism. You will work with the dispensing team and store leadership, including weekends, and support inventory and compliance efforts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, proficiency with POS systems and MS Office, and a MED badge. Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential for patient care and education.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail operation with POS and MS Office.
• Passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance and inventory control.
• MED badge required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all intake forms and other paperwork are properly completed and filed, then enters information in company databases.
• Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission into the consultation area and dispensary.
• Provide exceptional customer care by promoting and maintaining positive customer relations.
• Respond to calls or emails from customers requesting product, training, and information.
• Manage patient records through the use of state and company databases.
• Maintain and update databases as needed.
• Fulfillment of customer orders.
• Responsible for the sales and promotion of all products.
• Build and maintain integrity and trust for specific products.
