Consume Cannabis Co. is hiring an Advisor at our Alliance, OH location to greet guests, provide product knowledge, and guide customers through safe dosing and consumption.

As the first point of contact, Advisors assist visitors, scan IDs with security, process transactions, and support curbside orders when available, while maintaining compliance and records. Ideal candidates are 21+, have a high school diploma, are self-motivated, able to multi-task, and willing to learn about cannabis products.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task and take direction.
• Experience in high-volume retail or hospitality environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets all guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Scans IDs and enforces admittance policies with on-site security.
• Maintains client records in compliance with state law and company policy.
• Assists customers in selecting products; educates on safe dosage and consumption; processes sales transactions.
• Provides exceptional customer service – Best in class.
• Answers phones and provides general support; handles messages and questions.
