You will contribute to production efficiency by meeting daily goals and supporting cross-functional tasks as needed, within a regulated facility offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately package and label cannabis products by hand or machine.
• Maintain precise records of inventory, weights, and measurements using company systems and protocols.
• Adhere to quality control standards and follow SOPs to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold a clean, compliant, and safe work environment, promptly reporting any compliance or safety concerns.
• Compliantly dispose of waste in accordance with SOPs.
• Meet daily packaging goals and KPIs set by management to support production efficiency.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
