King City Gardens is seeking a Cannabis Production Technician to contribute to manufacturing from initial stages to ready-for-dispensary products. The role involves manual assembly line work, labeling, and meeting cycle times across multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.

Candidates should have 1+ year of production experience, familiarity with GMP, and the ability to work well in teams or independently while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old, as required by state law.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to learn and adapt to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment to meet goals without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to maintain a high standard of health and hygiene as required by OSHA.
• Ability to follow instructions and be receptive to feedback/coaching from the management team to maintain product quality.
