Job summary

Good Chemistry is seeking a Production Tech in Massachusetts to efficiently de-bone, trim, package, label and distribute cannabis products for MA stores and wholesale. The role also includes basic cleaning and supporting the production facility.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to work across departments, and adherence to safety and PPE guidelines. Prior cannabis production experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively across departments, coordinating with production teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication, prioritization and problem solving.
• Experience in building new teams and proliferating company culture.
• Proven attention to detail and organization skills.
• Must be able to work well with others as well as independently.
• Knowledge of cannabis weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient processing and packaging of marijuana flower for our retail stores and wholesale program.
• Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
• Adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed and packaged, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.
• Assist with distribution of packaged products to retail stores.
• Other duties and projects as assigned by management, both in MA & CO.
