Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Supervisor in Arizona to lead production leads and support staff, ensuring daily flow and quota attainment. The role spans kitchen production and packaging, with hiring, training, and development responsibilities, and requires flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, enforcing SOPs, coordinating with the Kitchen Manager, and maintaining safety, quality, and inventory controls to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing environment with high urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate in English effectively and clearly
• Must be 21 years or older and comply with state regulations

Responsibilities

• Open availability for 40 hours a week, M–Th 10‑hour shifts
• Supervise production staff and delegate work; ensure SOP adherence
• Oversee daily production operations and coordinate kitchen and packaging
• Maintain QA/QC, monitor weights and quality, and minimize waste
• Assist Kitchen Manager with scheduling and SOP development
• Provide coaching and training to Production Support employees
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper inventory handling
• Support packaging tasks as needed and communicate across teams
