Job summary

Wyld is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead production leads and support staff across kitchen, packaging, and inventory. You will ensure daily production flow, enforce quotas and maintain clear communication with management. Flexibility in scheduling is required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production/manufacturing experience, preferably food or beverage
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate in English effectively

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees; assist planning, assignment and direction of work
• Oversee daily production operations and scheduling with Kitchen Manager
• Maintain QA/QC standards across products; monitor weights, appearance and flavor
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations; health and safety standards
• Store, track and verify inventory of packaging supplies; complete reports accurately
• Train and coach employees on procedures and safety protocols; communicate issues to management
