Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a reliable Post Harvest Tech I to support daily processing of cannabis material after harvest. This entry-level role focuses on production tasks, following SOPs, and working safely in a fast-paced environment on the line.

You will assist with hanging, bucking, trimming, sorting, and equipment cleaning, and learn to identify quality defects while collaborating with Tech II/III and leads to maintain product quality and a clean, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Quality control checks on cannabis batches as they move along the line.
• Assist in harvest, drying, and equipment setup for drying rooms.
• Operate and maintain bucking machines under supervision.
• Identify quality defects and report deviations to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
