Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and self-motivated to learn and improve.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from manuals or data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to daily packaging schedules to ensure quality and efficiency goals.
• Verify working areas are clean and all tools are functioning properly.
• Maintain personal training documentation and cross-train other operators.
