Job summary

Jungle Boys, a cannabis cultivator and retailer, seeks a Production Manager to oversee Lab Departments—Volatile and Solventless Labs, Edibles Kitchen, and Lab Packaging. You will direct Lab Department Managers, optimize production workflows, and ensure timely delivery while upholding safety, quality, and brand standards.

This role focuses on maintaining production timelines, driving improvements, and collaborating with Home Office and Facility Planning to meet monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Ownership of production timelines, workflow, and operations across Lab Departments; ensure goals, quality, and compliance are met.
• Direct oversight of Lab Department Managers and teams; coaching and development of leaders; communicate staffing needs to leadership.
• Collaborate with Facility Planning to develop product workflows meeting oil projections, yields, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly production cadence and introduce new master SKU creation with Home Office input.
• Align staffing, materials, equipment, WIP, and packaging with daily/weekly requirements.
• Oversee Quality Control for labeling, batch verification, storage, and distribution readiness.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and seed-to-sale data entry for raw materials and packaging.
• Escalate equipment issues to facility leadership and ensure SOPs, GMP, PPE, and cross-contamination protocols are followed.
