Job summary

Blackstone Valley Cannabis, based in Uxbridge, MA, is seeking a Production Associate to support our growing operations in the cannabis production and packaging department. You will follow SOPs, operate packaging equipment, and assist in creating products for shipment and sale.

You will work under the Production Manager, aiming to meet KPI targets while maintaining safety and compliance. This role requires 21+ and ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing or Operations related role.
• Math skills and Excel proficiency.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently or with a team and demonstrate good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Separate and weigh cannabis forms for packaging.
• Assemble finished goods packaging, fill, seal and label.
• Grind plant material to specified size using machinery.
• Assist in creating pre-rolled joints, 3.5g and ounces.
• Meet KPI goals and production schedules.
• Follow SOPs and communicate suggestions to Production Manager and COO.
• Maintain a clean work environment and wear PPE.
• Help keep Production compliant with regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
