Lazy River Products, LLC seeks a dependable Production/Packaging Associate – Lab & Kitchen to join our growing team in Massachusetts. You will package, label, and quality-check finished products, while keeping labs and packaging areas clean and compliant.

Cross-train in flower packaging and support related packaging tasks as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and pride in quality work in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related packaging or production experience.
• Massachusetts cannabis industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, count, package, seal, label finished products per SOPs.
• Verify product, batch, materials and apply labels.
• Inspect packaging for weight, label accuracy, and presentation.
• Record weights and packaging activity in required forms.
• Operate packaging equipment after training.
• Meet daily packaging goals with safety and quality.
• Prepare stations and perform end-of-day cleanup.
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas and wear PPE.
• Assist with inventory and restock packaging supplies.
• Follow safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Cross-train in flower packaging procedures.
• Support weighing and packaging bulk flower and pre-rolls.
• Follow SOPs and quality standards when working across packaging areas.
