Job summary

Cresco Labs Ohio is seeking a Processing Technician to handle harvested material in a regulated setting. The role requires adherence to health and safety policies, and physical ability to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities include grinding, sorting, weighing, logging, collecting samples for quality tests, and maintaining a sanitary workspace. You will operate equipment, monitor quality, and ensure logs and GMP compliance are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to measure, package and label with precision.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material
• Grate and sort processed material
• Weigh and log material
• Collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality
• Maintain a sanitary work environment
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area
• Ensure inflow/outflow material meets quality specs
• Follow GMP protocols including PPE usage
• Fill out cleaning and machine run logs
