Job summary

The Processing Technician role at Cresco Labs is essential for processing harvested material in a GMP-compliant environment. The ideal candidate will follow health and safety policies and be physically able to sit, stand, and kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities include grading and sorting material, weighing and logging, collecting samples, and ensuring product quality. The team operates Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm in our Ohio facilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in food production or similar manufacturing environment.
• Ability to sit, stand and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grating and sorting processed material.
• Weighing and logging material.
• Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality.
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure inflow and outflow material meets Quality specifications.
• Follow GMP protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Starting and stopping equipment at shift start and end.
• Monitor machine settings and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Monitor inbound/outbound material for quality and process standards.
• Maintain cleaning and machine run logs.
