Job summary

Nature's Grace and Wellness, LLC is seeking a production associate for our pre-roll manufacturing operations. You will weigh, fill, seal, label, and package cannabis products while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, performing routine quality checks, maintaining records, and collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, processing, packaging, machine operation, or cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and move heavier materials with assistance when necessary.
• Must be willing and able to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities related to pre-roll manufacturing, weighing, filling, packaging, and processing operations in accordance with SOPs.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment used in pre-roll and cannabis processing operations.
• Accurately weigh, measure, fill, cap, seal, label, and package cannabis products while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure product consistency, accuracy, and appearance.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate production status, inventory needs, and completed work to management and inventory personnel.
• Monitor inventory of consumables and production materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and making operational adjustments to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including cleaning equipment and workstations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals and meet scheduling requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
