Job summary

Proper Brands in Missouri is seeking a Cannabis Post-Harvest Technician to join our warehouse team in Rock Hill (St. Louis, MO 63144). This full-time role offers medical benefits and PTO.

Starting pay is $17/hour with no prior experience required; we provide training. Schedule is Monday-Friday roughly 7:30 am–4 pm. Responsibilities include trimming, weighing, data entry, and assisting in packaging and dry-room transfer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High diploma or GED.
• Passion for medical cannabis.
• Strong preference for fast trimmers with experience trimming large volumes in a professional setting.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by the start date, including fingerprints and background check.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processes flowers during post-production, trimming quickly and precisely.
• Maintain high-quality appearance and structural integrity of cannabis plants.
• Minimize waste and assist transfer into the dry room.
• Weigh and prepare product for packaging; record data in software.
• Collaborate with team to meet production schedules and assist packaging as needed.
• Keep assigned area clean and safe to prevent cross-contamination; ensure equipment is clean and maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
