Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Post-Harvest Technician I in Camp Verde, AZ to assist in drying, curing, and trimming in a production-scale medical cannabis facility. This non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Post-Harvest Supervisor and requires a high school diploma, 21+ years of age, and a background check.

You will work hands-on with cannabis plant material, maintain documentation, and help uphold safety and quality standards across production shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete a comprehensive background screening.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis handling including drying, curing, and trimming.
• Ability to work hands-on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexible to work in various sectors of the production department as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all steps of post-harvest: intake, drying, curing, trimming.
• Maintain compliance using centralized tracking system.
• Document testing results through reports/logs.
• Input data into company database.
• Ensure product is accounted for per policy and procedures.
• Continual quality control as product moves through process.
• Operate equipment per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
