Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Post Harvest Technician I/II duties.
• Active in Technician II role for at least 6 months to qualify for III.
• Knowledge of cannabis handling, harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming.
• Able to work hands-on with cannabis plant material daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform harvesting, weighing, drying, curing, trimming, and machine operation.
• Setup, adjust, and operate all equipment; maintain and clean machinery.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following SOP and cGMP standards.
• Record test results, input data into the company database, and ensure compliance.
