Qualifications

• Knowledge of harvest techniques and cannabis pests/diseases.
• Experience harvesting cannabis in different environments and techniques is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Familiarity with grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights, timers, irrigation, HVAC, and plumbing is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Cutting down product and separating the plant from the root ball.
• Defoliation and trimming of the plants.
• Preparing product for transport to dry rooms.
• Initial post-harvest cleaning and removal of plant material.
• Weighing and disposing of material not sent for drying.
• Keep grow room areas clean by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and bagging excess material.
• Clean, sanitize, and store equipment after use.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
