Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Post Harvest Technician I to support harvesting, weighing, and sending cannabis material to dry loading teams. This position suits detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a mission-driven company.

The role requires hands-on work with cannabis plant material daily, adherence to SOPs and cGMP cleanliness, and strong time management to meet production goals. 40+ hours weekly with variable shifts; remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Excellent time management skills, driving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cannabis material, weigh, and log material for transport to dry rooms.
• Defoliate plants as needed.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Document testing results through reports and logs.
• Input data into company database.
• Perform quality control as product moves through process.
• Operate and maintain equipment per SOP and cGMP standards.
• Keep areas clean and equipment sanitized.
• Follow safety rules and company regulations.
