Job summary

Trulieve in Arizona is seeking a Post-Harvest Technician I to participate in drying, curing, and trimming in a production scale medical cannabis facility. The role supports the post-harvest process and data logging.

You will follow SOPs, maintain a clean, safe environment, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Must be 21+, HS diploma, and able to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis handling including drying, curing, and trimming.
• Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexibility to work in various sectors of production as requested by supervisor.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with members of other departments.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player.
• Excellent time management to drive efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Remain compliant with all regulations and company policies.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all steps of the post-harvest process including intake, drying, curing, and trimming.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Documenting testing results through reports and logs.
• Inputting data into the company database.
• Ensure all product is accounted for according to company policy and procedures.
• Continual quality control assessment as product moves through the process.
• Maintaining and operating all equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure an overall positive, safe and clean environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
