Trulieve in Quincy, FL is seeking a Post Harvest Technician I to support harvesting, weighing, and routing harvested material to the dry loading teams. This hands-on role suits detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced production environments and want to contribute to a mission-driven cannabis company.

Responsibilities include weighing and logging material, maintaining SOP and cGMP cleanliness, and ensuring accurate data entry while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming is a plus, but not required.
• Maintain good discipline and attendance standards.
• Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Flexibility to work in various sectors of the production department as needed.
• Ability to work as a team unit with other departments.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Harvest cannabis material, weigh, and log for transportation to the dry rooms.
• Defoliation of the plants as needed.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Document testing results through reports and logs.
• Input data into the company database.
• Continual quality control assessment as product moves through the process.
• Maintain and operate equipment per SOP and cGMP standards.
• Weigh and dispose of all plant waste material.
• Ensure material and/or products are processed following SOP/cGMP cleanliness.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
