Job summary

Trulieve, Monticello, FL, is seeking a Post Harvest Technician I to support Harvesting and Drying operations. This role involves manual labor in a fast-paced cultivation environment, with emphasis on sanitation and adherence to safety policies.

You will help prepare product for drying and support cross‑department tasks as needed. The position offers an hourly, non-exempt schedule with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within one of the nation's leading cannabis companies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Cutting down product, separating the plant from the root ball
• Defoliation and trimming of the plants
• Properly preparing product for transportation to the dry rooms
• Initially cleaning and removing all plant material post‑harvest
• Weighing and disposing of all plant material not being sent for the drying process
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once the harvest process is completed
• Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room trays, irrigation equipment, and harvest equipment upon use
• Perform various manual cross‑department job duties as needed
• All other duties as assigned
