Trulieve in Quincy, FL is seeking a Post Harvest Technician I to join the Cultivation team. You will help harvest, weigh, and prep material for the dry loading teams in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role suits detail-oriented individuals who value precision and compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of cannabis handling including harvesting, drying, curing, and trimming is a plus.
• Maintain good discipline and attendance standards.
• Ability to work hands on with cannabis plant material daily.
• Ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the production department as needed.
• Ability to work as a team unit while completing tasks with other departments.
• Create a proactive environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Participates in harvesting cannabis material while properly preparing, weighing, and logging cannabis material for transportation to the dry rooms.
• Defoliation of the plants as needed.
• Maintain compliance using a centralized tracking system.
• Documenting testing results through reports and logs.
• Inputting data into the company database.
• Continual quality control assessment as product moves through the process.
• Maintaining and operating all equipment in accordance with SOPs and cGMP standards.
• Weighing and disposing of all plant waste material.
• Ensure material and products are processed and prepared per SOP and company procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag excess plant material; keep areas clean.
• Clean, sanitize, and store all equipment after use.
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations.
• Perform various manual cross-department duties as needed.
• Ensure an overall positive, safe and clean environment.
