Qualifications

  • Must be 21 or older.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Okay with a background check (offer depends on it).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable way to get to work.
  • Willing to learn the rules around cannabis in this state.
  • Can work on your own without constant supervision.
  • Shows up on time and does what you say you’ll do.
  • Pays close attention to details.
  • Comfortable reading and writing with your team.
  • Able to learn new computer programs.

Responsibilities

  • Trim, sort, and process plants after they’re harvested.
  • Weigh product and record numbers accurately.
  • Check product to ensure quality standards.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, fix small problems.
  • Follow SOPs so work is consistent.
  • Keep work area clean and organized.
  • Dispose plant waste according to rules.
  • Read daily updates at start of shift.
  • Attend team meetings and trainings.
  • Help teammates and pitch in where needed.
