What You'll Be Doing

• Trim, sort, and process plants after they're harvested
• Weigh product and write down numbers accurately - this part really matters
• Check product along the way to make sure it meets quality standards
• Clean and take care of equipment, and fix small problems when they come up
• Follow the company's step-by-step rules (called SOPs) so everything is done the same way, every time
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Get rid of plant waste the right way, following company rules
• Read the daily updates board at the start of your shift so you know what's going on
• Show up to team meetings and trainings so you keep learning
• Help your teammates out and pitch in wherever it's needed

What the Workplace Is Like

You'll be working in a cultivation and production facility. It moves fast, and you'll be doing hands-on work most of the day - not sitting at a desk. Expect to be around things like dirt, plant dust, strong smells, and changes in temperature and noise. Sometimes you'll need to work evenings, weekends, or holidays, so being flexible with your schedule helps.

What You Should Be Able to Do

• Stand and move around for most of your shift (about 80% of the time)
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs on your own, and up to 100 lbs with help from a teammate or equipment
• Comfortable using a pallet jack or hand truck to move heavy things
• Able to climb a ladder (up to 12 feet) when needed
• Good enough vision to see things up close, far away, and to the side
