Job summary

VIBE Cannabis in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Cannabis Post Harvest Team Member. You will work with the Cultivation Team on drying, trimming, weighing, packing, and labeling to keep products ready for customers.

Ideal candidates are 21+ and pass a background check, comfortable in loud and variable environments, and able to lift 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling and a team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work in loud environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
• Able to work in low-oxygen areas.
• Capable of handling caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
• Must be 21+ and pass background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Windows-based software (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Cultivation Team to meet production demands and quality standards.
• Drying plants, trimming (hand/machine), weighing, sorting buds, and packaging.
• Maintain cure tubes and label packaged goods; prepare goods for sale.
• Clean equipment and work areas; mop and sweep floors.
• Keep accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
• Communicate with Supervisors/Managers and assist in other tasks as required.
