VIBE Cannabis in St. Louis, MO is hiring a Cannabis Post Harvest Team Member. You will work with the Cultivation Team on drying, trimming, weighing, packing, and labeling to keep products ready for customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Cultivation Team to meet production demands and quality standards.
• Drying plants, trimming (hand/machine), weighing, sorting buds, and packaging.
• Maintain cure tubes and label packaged goods; prepare goods for sale.
• Clean equipment and work areas; mop and sweep floors.
• Keep accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
• Communicate with Supervisors/Managers and assist in other tasks as required.

Cannabis Post Harvest Team Member

Company Overview

VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Cannabis Post Harvest Team Members for its facility located in St. Louis, MO. VIBE operates cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion. This position will be scheduled for 4 - 10 hour shifts that will only work Friday through Tuesday.

Position Summary/Objective

Post Harvest Team Member will work with the Cultivation Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the garden to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities)

• Responsible for helping the Cultivation Team meet production demands and maintain quality expectations.
• Duties included, but are not limited to
  • Drying plants,
  • Hand trimming plants, Machine trimming plants,
  • Weighing plants,
  • Sorting buds,
  • Maintaining cure tubes,
  • Packaging flower,
  • Labeling packaged goods,
  • Preparing packaged goods for sale / distribution to our customers
  • Cleaning all equipment
  • Cleaning all work areas; including moping and sweeping floors
• Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Managers and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the Cultivation process.
• Maintain best agricultural practices.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.
