CODES Cannabis in Missouri is seeking a Post Harvest Tech I to join our production team. This entry-level role focuses on safe processing of cannabis material after harvest, following SOPs for hanging, bucking, trimming, and sorting to maintain product integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Food Service, Farming/Agriculture, Manufacturing/Production, or related environment.
• Must be 21+ years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to obtain Missouri Facility Agent ID Card on onboarding.
• Reliable transportation with weekend/holiday availability.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork with ability to learn quickly under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist harvest and drying, prep of drying rooms and equipment.
• Perform visual checks on batches to remove defects like mold or pests.
• Operate and maintain bucking machines as directed and support drying processes.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and compliant with SOPs.
• Collaborate with Tech IIs/IIIs and Leads to meet production goals.
