Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking an entry-level Post Harvest Tech I to support daily post harvest operations, including processing cannabis material after harvest and following SOPs. The role involves hanging harvests to dry, bucking, trimming, sorting, and general material movement, with potential basic data logging and equipment cleaning.

You will work closely with Tech II/III and Leads, maintain safety and cleanliness, and contribute to learning the full post-harvest process in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cannabis post-harvest processes is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Quality control on conveyor line for cannabis batches as they move along the line.
• Assist in harvest and drying process as directed by the team lead.
• Operate and maintain the B4 Bucking machines as instructed.
• Identify quality defects such as mold, pests, or other abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to maximize efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
