The Flowery in Tampa, FL is hiring for a Budtender who will help create a welcoming dispensary experience for patients and caregivers. You will verify patient profiles, explain allotments, and assist with product recommendations based on physician guidance and patient needs.

You will maintain confidentiality, manage patient traffic, process orders at the POS, and stay current with brand products and company policies.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Can actively pass a level two federal background check
• Obtained a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Can meet the scheduling requirements of the job
• Can meet the physical requirements of the job

Responsabilités

• Perform store opening and closing procedures (such as cleaning, tablet placement/removal, and prepping workstations)
• Create an environment prioritizing patients and providing excellent patient interactions
• Check in, verify and/or create new patient profiles upon entry to the dispensary
• Communicate to patients and caregivers their available allotments and MMJ licensing status
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions
• Controlling the pace of patient traffic within the dispensary
• Educate and assist patients in creating orders by providing suggestions in regard to available products
• Informing patients of current promotions or highlighted products
• Create patient orders and accept payment at POS using the operating system
• Keep up to date with company brands, products, policies and procedures
• Budtenders may be asked to assist in occasional deliveries
• Maintaining facility cleanliness and completing daily checklists while on shift
• Other duties as assigned by management
