The Flowery in Melbourne, FL is seeking a dedicated Budtender to deliver outstanding patient experiences and maintain a compliant, clean dispensary environment. You will be involved in daily opening/closing tasks, patient interactions, profile checks, and promoting products and promotions.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour. The Flowery offers benefits, paid time off accruals and paid holidays to all full-time employees.

Formación

• Age 21 years or older.
• Pass a level two federal background check.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must meet scheduling requirements and physical demands.

Responsabilidades

• Perform store opening and closing procedures (cleaning, tablet placement/removal, prepping workstations).
• Create an environment prioritizing patients and providing excellent patient interactions.
• Check in, verify and/or create new patient profiles upon entry to the dispensary.
• Communicate to patients and caregivers their available allotments and MMJ licensing status.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions.
• Controlling the pace of patient traffic within the dispensary.
• Educate and assist patients in creating orders with product suggestions based on physician recommendations.
• Inform patients of current promotions or highlighted products.
• Create patient orders and accept payment at POS using the operating system.
• Keep up to date with company brands, products, policies and procedures.
• Budtenders may assist in occasional deliveries.
• Maintaining facility cleanliness and completing daily checklists.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
