The Flowery in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Budtender to support patient-centered service in our dispensary. This role involves checking in patients, sharing product recommendations, processing orders at the POS, and maintaining confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will educate patients on available products, monitor promotions, and assist with occasional deliveries. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with benefits and paid time off for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Able to pass a level two federal background check
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Able to meet scheduling requirements and physical demands

• Open/close procedures and prep workstations
• Prioritize patient care and provide excellent interactions
• Check in and create patient profiles
• Explain allotments and licensing status to patients
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Manage patient flow within the dispensary
• Educate patients on product options and physician recommendations
• Inform patients of promotions and highlighted products
• Create orders and process payments at the POS
• Stay updated on brand policies and procedures
• Support occasional deliveries when scheduled
• Maintain cleanliness and complete daily checklists
