Curaleaf is seeking a Production Technician in Taneytown, MD to support packaging of premium cannabis products—from dried flower to vape cartridges—across production lines. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to procedures with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will stage materials, perform QA checks, and collaborate with teammates to maintain daily schedules and high standards, while maintaining a clean, organized extraction area and compliant labeling across all products.

Responsibilities

• Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks to meet daily schedules and Curaleaf’s high standards
• Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste by taking ownership, collaborating with the team, and communicating effectively
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing, while maintaining 100% compliance in data recording, product tracking, and secure packaging
• Work quickly and efficiently to boost productivity while keeping the extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready
• Operate safely following OSHA standards and Curaleaf SOPs, ensuring accurate labeling and full regulatory compliance
