Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state credentials.
• Willingness to learn cannabis industry compliance standards including packaging and labeling.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to meet daily production deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience with METRC or similar compliance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and package cannabis products according to weight increments.
• Operate packaging and pre-roll machinery per SOPs and perform minor adjustments.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products and verify labeling and presentation.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas and follow health/safety SOPs.
• Document and record production data accurately in tracking systems.
• Support cross-functional tasks such as labeling and order fulfillment as needed.
• Follow and enforce compliance protocols for state regulations.
