Job summary

Cresco Labs in Indiantown, FL is seeking an entry-level production team member for a fast-paced cannabis manufacturing environment. You will measure, package, label, and inspect products, while maintaining sanitary conditions and following strict quality standards.

Candidates should have 1 year of related experience and a strong attention to detail. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and ability to stand for long periods; a POS software familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications a plus.
• Requires work around plant material, exposure to pollen/dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
