Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Packaging Specialist for on-site work in Canton, Ohio. You will weigh, package, seal, and label cannabis products and support QA sampling and documentation.

You’ll operate flow wrap, labeling, and heat-sealing equipment, maintain a clean workspace, and follow SOPs to ensure quality and traceability. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of packaging experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related packaging experience.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Physical ability to sit/stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25 lb.
• Authorized to work in the United States; 21+ and able to register with state cannabis commission.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat-sealing).
• Collect QA samples as needed for quality testing.
• Transport finished products to the vault and maintain traceability.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow SOPs.
• Document activity using the company’s track and trace system.
• Support cultivation, harvest, and production teams as needed.
