Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Readington Township, NJ, seeks a Packaging Specialist to assemble, weigh, and label cannabis products for shipment to retail dispensaries. You will operate flow wrap, labeling and heat-sealing equipment and ensure accurate QA sampling when needed.

This full-time position offers $17/hr with a strong emphasis on safety, SOP adherence, and teamwork within a regulated production facility. Applicants must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' related packaging experience.
• Follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Strong time management and multitasking.
• Sit/stand 8 hours daily, lift up to 25 lb.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission.
• Occasionally move packages up to 25 lb.
• Stand 90% of the time.
• Adapt to temperature and humidity changes.
• Comply with industry laws and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package, seal, and label products.
• Safely operate packaging equipment (flow wrap, labeling, heat-seal).
• Collect QA samples for testing.
• Transport products to the vault.
• Document activity using the track and trace system.
• Inspect finished goods for defects and inform QA.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Provide support to cultivation and production teams.
