Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Packaging Department Lead in Monson, MA to oversee daily packaging operations for vape and pre-roll products. You will drive quality, safety, and efficiency while mentoring team members and coordinating with production and fulfillment.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, monitor inventory levels, ensure compliance, and implement continuous improvements to safety, productivity, and product quality across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate order fulfillment.
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and team engagement.
