Holistic Industries in Monson, MA is seeking a Packaging Manager to lead the packaging department, oversee vape and pre-roll production, labeling, weighing, and QA.

You will hire, train, mentor staff, manage inventory, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and drive safety, productivity, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a packaging team in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of labeling, weighing, and QA processes.
• Proven ability to hire, train and develop staff.
