Job summary

AYR Wellness is seeking a Packaging Lead to supervise the safe and accurate packaging and labeling of all products, ensuring schedules are followed and product integrity is maintained from processing to patient.

The role requires early arrival, team supervision, compliance with SOPs, and proficiency with LEAF LOGIX and METRC. Candidate must be comfortable training staff and maintaining a clean, compliant production environment in a fast-paced cannabis facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass background checks and state badging.
• 1–3 years in a regulated environment or high-volume production.
• Ability to work weekends or alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations and packaging stations before shift.
• Maintain sanitation and safety SOPs.
• Follow production plan and assign daily tasks.
• Supervise the packaging area and ensure safety.
• Manage LEAF LOGIX movements and METRC logging.
• Train new hires and support team to meet daily goals.
• Oversee end-of-shift cleanup and area organization.
