Job summary

STIIIZY is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support cannabis production operations by packaging, assembling, and labeling products. You will work with quality control, set up and operate production equipment, and ensure accuracy in labeling and stacking materials.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to stand 8 hours, and lifting up to 40 lbs, with a strong emphasis on safety and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior production, assembly and/or cannabis experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Package, assemble, and label products.
• Work closely with quality control to support cannabis production operations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery.
• Prepare, inspect, or measure raw materials and check components for tolerances.
• Tag, stockpile, box, wrap, and ship merchandise according to procedures.
• Follow CGMP and PPE protocols and participate in safety initiatives.
• Record and report impaired or damaged merchandise and assist team as needed.
