Job summary

STIIIZY in Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support cannabis production operations by packaging, assembling, labeling, and handling products. You will work closely with quality control and adhere to safety and PPE protocols.

This role requires standing for long shifts, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and flexibility for day or night schedules; candidates must be 21+, able to work 40 hours weekly, and willing to learn and follow CGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility for day and night shifts and 40 hours per week.
• Prior cannabis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Package, assemble, and label products.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
• Prepare and inspect raw materials; ensure compliance with tolerances.
• Handle cannabis product and report issues to QC.
• Follow CGMP and PPE protocols; participate in training.
