Job summary

Ethos Cannabis in Massachusetts is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to processing and fulfilling orders and maintain the smooth flow from intake to point-of-sale while keeping an up-to-date online menu for patients.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable to our cannabis operations, and can support inventory management with strong data entry and MS Office skills. Prior cannabis experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Data entry experience required.
• Experience in warehouse inventory control or related area helpful.
• Experience as Assistant Inventory Manager or Product Associate in a retail dispensary is preferred.
• Strong SOP adherence and willingness to learn industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill incoming orders with high accuracy.
• Utilize state-mandated POS software.
• Maintain accurate inventory on online menu via frequent assessments.
• Report inventory discrepancies to Dispensary GM.
• Assist with monthly inventory audits.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff training and stay updated on products.
• Assist with deliveries and receive products.
• Follow directives of Assistant Manager or GM.
• Reports directly to the General Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
