Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Processing department in Adel, GA. The role runs 8:00am–5:00pm and involves weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling cannabis products, operating equipment, and following manufacturing processes.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling various forms of cannabis
• Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process
• Adherence to manufacturing processes
• Maintain accurate daily activities records and operation logs as directed
• Continuously place importance in the organizational goals and visions in relation to: Safety and security of employees and product; Compliance to all policies, regulations, and laws set forth by the city, county and state as required to ensure security of the operating license; Quality of product and packaging; On-time delivery and customer service; Process performance
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
• Additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership
