Job summary

Trulieve, Reading, PA, is seeking an Operations Technician to support processing operations. You will weigh, assemble, package and label cannabis products, operate manufacturing equipment, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and reliable transportation. A comprehensive benefits package and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, to manage high‑stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, assemble, package and label various forms of cannabis.
• Operate equipment as needed and dictated by the process.
• Adhere to manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed.
• Uphold safety and security of employees and product.
• Ensure compliance with city, county and state regulations for security of the operating license.
• Ensure product and packaging quality.
• Support on‑time delivery and customer service.
• Contribute to process performance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by manufacturing leadership.
