Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Processing department in Adel, GA. The role runs 8:00am–5:00pm and involves weighing, assembling, packaging, and labeling cannabis products, operating equipment, and following manufacturing processes.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is essential.

Qualifications

• Production experience in the food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry desired.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
• Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance.
• Must have reliable transportation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass a comprehensive background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds if relevant to job duties listed above
• Through extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday
• Environmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location
  • Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables

WORK SCHEDULE

40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
